The Supreme Court reinstated the application of referendum for the construction of Kalabagh Dam
Islamabad: The Supreme Court restored the request of the referendum for the construction of the dam.
Justice Gulzar 3-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by hearing the referendum to build the dam.Is. Had it not been so much destruction to the timely construction of the dam floods, the court shall issue an order to hold a referendum on this important project related institutions by using his powers.
The court reinstated the application after hearing the plaintiff's stand trial was postponed indefinitely.
